Sir William Rollo The man himself!! After months of research, I finally tracked down what is perhaps the only image of Will Rollo. I owe a tremendous thank-you to Calum Rollo (a Rollo descendent and current resident of Keltie Castle!) for tracking this portrait down for me. It was painted by George Jamesone (1589-1644), who was considered one of the great portrait artists of his day. |
